Our Exchange Policy applies exclusively to physical items such as skincare kits or tools purchased directly from Leucoderma Center:

To be eligible:

• The item must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  

• It must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, like a receipt or order number.
  

To start an exchange:

1. Submit a request via our Support Form or email.
   

2. We’ll respond with instructions for returning the item.
   

Accepted items qualify for:

• A replacement of equal or lesser value with no extra fees, or
  

• Store credit for future purchases.
  

Exchanges beyond 30 days may incur a restocking fee or be denied, depending on condition. As with common e-commerce norms, undamaged, sealed returns typically carry no additional costs jumpseller.comnextwebi.com.
